Web Developer


We’re looking to hire a Web Developer, who demands a challenge and wants to be part of a fast-paced creative agency with a small but talented team of designers, developers and digital marketers.

A self-driven individual willing to develop themselves in a technical role and keen to create and build digital solutions, applying their knowledge to deliver not just appealing but user-friendly websites.


  • Developing web pages, web applications and digital solutions in full product life-cycle
  • Developing new and maintaining existing WordPress sites using PHP/HTML5/CSS3, ensuring they are responsive and cross-browser compatible
  • Developing new and maintaining existing Shopify sites
  • Managing all technical aspects of client’s WordPress CMS, including the ability to implement new features and ensure functionality and the debugging of code errors
  • Writing well-documented code
  • Formulating an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme
  • Building user interfaces and integration for websites and/or web applications and APIs
  • Knows how to work with third-party WordPress themes as well as creating their own



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Has a good knowledge of version control, i.e. Git/Github
  • Has 1+ years of web development experience with a good technical understanding of WordPress, SEO, websites, CMS platforms and eCommerce
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify & Woocommerce)
  • Is comfortable working from Sketch files with Illustrator experience
  • Familiar with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation


  • Ability to show they’re successfully developing themselves, with the desire to contribute to their field as well as the team
  • Independent but also good at integrating within the team
  • Comfortable talking about their work, including methodology
  • Ability to present technical work to non-technical clients
  • Eager to share knowledge & industry news with the team at all times
